BrandyJo’s a leadership coach, former HR exec, and certified systems nerd — the kind who color-codes the closet, makes spreadsheets for vacation packing, and has a folder structure for everything (even the fun stuff). She’s led massive teams, built departments, and still somehow finds time to run a Girl Scout troop and organize competitive game nights (which she fully intends to win).She’s the strategic backbone of every project, the queen of “we need a better system,” and the reason TG Strategy Partners runs like a well-oiled, slightly sarcastic machine.

David built a career managing and consulting for hotels across the country. He co-founded FTG Management, a hotel consulting firm with multiple properties, and has started more than a few businesses-some big wins, some epic lessons. He’s the kind of guy who can work a room, light it up, and have strangers laughing in minutes. Loud, fun, and fiercely driven, he’s never met a challenge he didn’t try to outsmart… or out-talk.

Our life took a major turn when David needed a heart transplant, and we got a crash course in what it really means to rebuild. From hospital waiting rooms to high-stakes strategy, we learned how to adapt, lead, and most of all… stay human.
