All data is securely stored using Supabase and encrypted in transit.

We do not store sensitive data on your local device.

Access, update, or delete your personal data at any time
To make a request, email us at [email protected] or the app-specific contact listed in the app settings. We will respond in accordance with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA, if applicable).

5. Subscription Lapse & Data Deletion 

If your subscription is canceled or expires:

Your account and related data (team member records, goals, tasks, AR/AP data, etc.) will be retained for 90 days

After that period, your account and its associated data may be permanently deleted.

You’ll receive one or more reminders before deletion

6. Cookies & Tracking

We may use:

Session cookies to improve navigation

Anonymous analytics tools to understand app usage patterns
No personally identifiable info is stored in cookies.

7. Referral Program (if planned)
If you join a referral program:

We may store referral codes and track who referred you

We never share your name, email, or user data with other users

Analytics providers to measure usage

Email tools to send updates and notifications
