1. Overview

Our apps are designed to support leadership, relationship, and business development—not to function as legal HR systems, financial accounting tools, or therapy substitutes. Use them wisely and professionally.

2. Who May Use Our Apps

You must be at least 18 years old to use any TG Strategy Partners app. Use is limited to individuals and businesses who agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Subscription & Payment

Our apps operate on a subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to pay the published monthly or annual rate at the time of your subscription.

Promotional or beta pricing (such as for early adopters) may differ from future prices.

All payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

4. User Data & Responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data entered into our apps, including team member notes, financial data, or relationship insights.
Do not enter sensitive personal data such as:

Social Security numbers

Medical/health records

Protected financial identifiers (e.g., full credit card numbers)

5. Subscription Lapse & Data Deletion

If your subscription expires or is canceled:

Your account enters a 90-day grace period.

You may reactivate during this time to preserve your data.

After 90 days of inactivity, your account and all related data (including team or client records, goals, notes, tasks, and AR/AP data) may be permanently deleted.

We will attempt to notify you via your registered email address prior to deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to hack our software

Use our apps for harassment, spam, or illegal activity

Circumvent any access restrictions or subscription limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
TG Strategy Partners is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Data loss resulting from user error, device failure, or external service issues
Use of our apps is at your own risk.

8. Service Disruptions

We strive to keep our apps available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, technical issues, or outages may occur.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, rather than in court.
